    Sports & Spine Physical Therapy and Balance is a busy, growing independent outpatient practice seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Due to continued growth and patient demand, we are expanding our clinical staff. The successful candidate will step into an immediate caseload supported by strong physician and community referral relationships.

    Our clinic is currently transitioning back to independent ownership and entering an exciting new phase of growth.     Our clinical team enjoys a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and neurological rehabilitation while working in an environment focused on patient outcomes—not productivity quotas.

    Responsibilities

    Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

    Carry out individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals

    Treat orthopedic, sports medicine, balance, vestibular, and neurological patients

    Provide therapeutic exercise, functional strengthening, patient education, and hands-on care

    Communicate and collaborate with supervising therapists regarding patient progress

    Maintain timely and accurate documentation

    Ideal Candidate

    Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts

    Strong interest in orthopedic and outpatient rehabilitation

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Self-motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented

    Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care

    Compensation starting at $65,000+ based on experience and qualifications
