Job: Physical Therapist Assistant – Part-Time
Location: Lemon Grove (7050 Broadway Lemon Grove, CA 91945)
Pay Range: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + plus monthly production incentive (Up to $2,500/month)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Assist with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist
- Provide high-quality, hands-on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
- California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment
- Visual & Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively
- Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments
