What You’ll Be Doing

As a PTA Float, you’ll bring your expertise and energy to different clinics, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. You’ll:

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy with warmth and professionalism
• Follow personalized care plans that reflect each patient’s unique journey
• Collaborate with your fellow clinicians to elevate care
• Build meaningful connections with your team and the communities you serve
• Use our intuitive EMR system for documentation and reporting
• Stay aligned with all federal, state, and insurance guidelines

What You Bring

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• A current PTA license in good standing with the State of Arizona
• A heart for healing and a mind for learning
