    Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy is hiring for a Per Diem Floating Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our outpatient ortho clinics throughout South Orange County.

    Pay Rate: $30 to $38 Hourly. Individual salaries dependent on experience and job-related factors.

    With outpatient ortho clinics in Irvine, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Rancho Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana - we have flexible options to fit your needs too!

    Position Summary:

    • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
    • Create individualized care plans for each treatment
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
    • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
    • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
