About Physical Achievement Center
PAC is a Direct Access Physical & Occupational Therapy clinic in Oshkosh, WI. We help our patients stay active and mobile—without surgery, injections, or pain meds.
We’re a fast-growing, education-driven team committed to excellent outcomes and a stellar patient experience. Every clinician receives weekly mentorship from a Fellowship-Trained PT with 30+ years of experience.

Provide quality 1:1 care—never assembly-line therapy.

What You’ll Do
Communicate clearly with patients about their care plans and progress.
Help patients achieve their goals within expected time frames.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication.

Participate in team education and community outreach (events, workshops, social media).

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22.00–$29.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts (Full-Time) Benefits:

Qualifications
Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Wisconsin PTA License (or eligibility)
1+ year experience preferred
