    What You’ll Do

    • Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy under PT supervision
    • Implement individualized care plans
    • Deliver hands-on manual and functional therapy
    • Support aquatics therapy, sports rehab, chronic/acute rehab, and return-to-work programs
    • Collaborate closely with PTs, front office, and clinical teammates
    • Use a modern, efficient EMR system
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer requirements

    What You’ll Love

    Total Compensation

    • Approx. $86,000–$100,000 total compensation annually
      (Hourly pay + tiered incentives + CEU reimbursement)
    • $25–$32 per hour depending on experience
    • Productivity incentives that can add up to $2,500 per month
