360 Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our South Oklahoma City clinic. We are an outpatient orthopedic practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Base Pay

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Student loan repayment up to $25,000 available

• Sign-On Bonus \- Up to $5,000 for all roles

Responsibilities

• Implement PT-developed plans of care to restore mobility, function, and strength

• Provide hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education

• Use ALT to streamline documentation and complete accurate, timely notes

• Track outcomes and collaborate with the supervising PT to progress plans as needed

• Educate patients/families on home programs to accelerate recovery

• Uphold all regulatory and company standards for quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Completion of Physical Therapy Assistant Program

• Oklahoma PTA license (or eligibility in process)

• Outpatient ortho experience a plus; new grads welcome
