    Position Summary:

    The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

    Provide skilled therapeutic interventions including:

    Therapeutic exercise

    Neuromuscular re-education

    Manual therapy techniques

    Therapeutic activities and functional training

    Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT

    Accurately document treatments and progress notes in a timely manner

    Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

    Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

    Assist with maintaining clinic flow and supporting overall patient experience

    What We’re Looking For

    Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible for licensure)

    Passion for outpatient orthopedic care

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in outpatient orthopedics
