    Salary & Incentives

    • Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)

    • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

    • Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 available

    • Total compensation potential: $95,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT

    • Implement and progress therapeutic exercise and functional training programs

    • Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising PT

    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home programs

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

    • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

    • Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)

    • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

    • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

    • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
