Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 available
Total compensation potential: $95,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Job Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
Implement and progress therapeutic exercise and functional training programs
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising PT
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
