    Salary & Incentives

    • Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

    • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

    • Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT

    • Implement and progress individualized treatment plans

    • Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate

    • Document patient care accurately in EMR systems

    • Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and recovery strategies

    • Collaborate with PTs, staff, and patients to optimize outcomes

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

    • Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

    • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
