Salary & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Vista Physical Therapy is proud to serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex with multiple outpatient orthopedic clinics. Our teams emphasize hands-on care, functional rehabilitation, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced PTA, you’ll benefit from mentorship, collaboration, and a supportive work environment across our network of clinics.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Implement and progress individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate

• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems

• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and recovery strategies

• Collaborate with PTs, staff, and patients to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
