Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Job Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and recovery strategies
Collaborate with PTs, staff, and patients to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
