    Salary & Incentives

    • Base pay: $28–$35/hr (depending on experience)
    • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 per 4-week cycle (as much as $32,500 annually)
    • Incentives in Colorado range from $9,750 annually to $32,500 annually
    • Combined with base pay, total annual compensation ranges from $67,990–$105,300, depending on experience, performance, and other factors.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver quality, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
    • Document daily treatment notes and track patient progress (with the support of Ambient Listening Technology)
    • Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and patients to ensure excellent outcomes
    • Educate and encourage patients as they work toward recovery goals

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
    • Passion for patient care, mentorship, and professional growth
