Salary & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available

• Student loan reimbursement program

• Total compensation potential: $110,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Details
Our Castro Valley clinic provides specialized outpatient orthopedic care with a strong focus on manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and one-on-one patient care. Clinicians here enjoy a collaborative, growth-minded team environment supported by mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Follow and implement individualized treatment plans

• Work one-on-one with patients to restore function, mobility, and independence

• Document daily treatment notes accurately in a modern EMR system

• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current California PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New graduates and experienced PTAs welcome to apply
