Salary & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Details
Our Fort Worth – Medical City Way clinic is a well-established outpatient orthopedic location conveniently situated just off I-35W. The team provides high-quality, evidence-based care with a patient-first approach, treating a wide range of diagnoses. Services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and sports rehabilitation. Clinicians benefit from a supportive environment focused on teamwork, growth, and continuing education.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Implement and progress therapeutic exercise programs

• Administer modalities and manual therapy techniques as appropriate

• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
