Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic clinic offering manual therapy and functional rehab in a collaborative environment.
Pay Range:
$35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits
Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by supervising PT
Work one-on-one with patients to assist in pain relief and mobility restoration
Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure quality care
Document patient progress in a modern EMR system
Comply with all federal, state, and payer requirements
Services Provided:
Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy
Pre- and post-operative care
Spine and TMJ rehabilitation
Vestibular rehab
Upper and lower extremity rehab
Work injury rehabilitation
Gait and orthotic assessments
Manual therapy techniques
Functional training and strengthening programs
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
