Deliver in-home therapy under PT supervision
Support patient progress toward mobility and self-care goals
Track and report on patient status and treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
Coordinate with the care team to adjust plans as needed
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Missouri
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs independently (per field safety standards)
Pay: $31–$38/hour based on experience
