    Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) • St. Louis, MO

    Earn $31–$38/hour helping patients get back on their feet — literally. As a Home Health PTA, you'll deliver one-on-one care that helps people rebuild strength and independence right where they feel most comfortable: home.

    What You'll Do

    • Deliver in-home therapy under PT supervision

    • Support patient progress toward mobility and self-care goals

    • Track and report on patient status and treatment plans

    • Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery

    • Coordinate with the care team to adjust plans as needed

    Must-Haves

    • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Missouri

    • Current CPR/BLS certification

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Able to lift 50 lbs independently (per field safety standards)
