    Salary & Incentives
    • Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
    • Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
    • Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

    Clinic Details

    Our Southlake clinic is a modern outpatient orthopedic facility serving the Southlake community. We specialize in sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and orthopedic care, offering services such as:

    • Manual therapy
    • Therapeutic exercise
    • Dry needling
    • Sports rehabilitation

    Job Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
    • Progress therapeutic exercise programs as directed
    • Apply modalities and manual therapy techniques as appropriate
    • Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
    • Support clinic operations and maintain a safe, clean environment
    Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
    • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
