Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Company:iMotion Physical Therapy Location: Fremont, San Jose, Los Gatos Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary Range: $ 68,640 - $103,600 Responsibilities: • Assist the PT in implementing treatment plans designed to help patients regain movement and manage pain. • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and other interventions as directed by the PT. • Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and support for the continuation of therapy at home. • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatments as necessary under the guidance of the PT. • Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to clinic protocols and safety standards. • Collaborate with the PT and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing treatment areas. • Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy to provide the best care possible. Qualifications: • Valid and current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California. • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. • Current CPR certification. • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
