We have a full-time administrative staff to manage your physician orders, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, and any other support you may need as a contract therapist.
Responsibilities:
Screens and evaluates patients.
Develops appropriate plan of care documentation.
Work with patients to reach all long and short term goals set by therapist and families.

Work Experience:
Education:
Degree from an accredited APTA program.
Valid National Provider Identification (NPI) number is required.
Current and valid KY Physical Therapy license.
Professional Liability Insurance required.
