We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing team in Abilene, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys building meaningful resident relationships while helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and maximize independence.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans as the treating Physical Therapist
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident progress and successful outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate residents and families on goals, treatment plans, and continued progress
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Help create a positive rehab experience for residents and team members alike

What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric settings preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• A patient-first approach and collaborative mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional care as a Physical Therapist
