What You’ll Do

• Create and lead personalized, play-based therapy plans.
• Build strength, coordination, and confidence in children.
• Collaborate across specialties—including OT, ABA, and SLP—for well-rounded, coordinated care.
• Coach families to support progress at home.
• Track and adjust treatment plans as children grow.

What We’re Looking For

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) PT in Missouri.
• A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Someone passionate about helping kids thrive.

Additional Details

• Our clinics are located in Willow Springs and West Plains, MO , and team members may have the opportunity to work at one or both locations.
