Salary Range: $87,000–$108,000 annually (based on experience, location, and other job-related factors)
Incentive: Monthly incentive bonus of up to $750
Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule

Our Manteca clinic is a newly opened, state-of-the-art outpatient orthopedic facility focused on providing hands-on care, functional rehab, and personalized treatment plans in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy care
Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises
Document patient progress using EMR systems in accordance with compliance standards
Collaborate with a team of therapists, aides, and front office staff to deliver best-in-class care
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinical mentorship programs

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
