PantherCreek Physical Therapy and Balance (formerly known as FYZICAL Clackamas) is a therapist-owned practice serving the Clackamas community since 1989, with locations in Clackamas, Molalla, Estacada, and Lake Oswego. We are currently seeking experienced therapists looking for schedule flexibility, as well as new graduates seeking strong mentorship, to join our team. Our clinics offer:

• One-on-one patient care with no double booking
• Private treatment rooms and well-equipped gyms
• Flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour days with Fridays off
• A manageable caseload of 12 patients per 8-hour day, with paid charting time We are known for hands-on manual care, strong patient outcomes, and a commitment to professional growth through continuing education and in-house training. Full-time benefits include PTO, paid federal holidays, and comprehensive health options.
