Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We’re excited to open our first office, with a targeted opening date in May 2025. We're seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to serve as our Clinic Director, helping to shape the foundation, culture, and success of this clinic from day one.

About the Role:

As Clinic Director, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the clinic owner, who will be actively involved during the initial growth phase. This is a full-time leadership role, ideal for a passionate clinician who is eager to grow, lead, and provide exceptional patient care—without getting bogged down in administrative overload.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient care
• No previous leadership experience required—just a willingness to lead and mentor
• A positive, compassionate, and patient-centered clinician
• Self-motivated and growth-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Interest in working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and orthopedic cases (based on your clinical strengths and preferences)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one outpatient care (60-minute sessions, transitioning to 40 minutes)
• Work with clinic owner to build and maintain a strong referral network
• Collaborate with marketing staff and a designated Community Care Specialist (CCS)
• Support clinic operations (without direct responsibility for billing/scheduling)
• Help onboard, educate, and mentor future clinical hires
• Provide guidance as the clinic team grows (2–3 PTs and 2–3 PTAs expected)

What We Offer:

• Salary up to $100,000, based on experience
• Full-time salary paid regardless of case load
• Quarterly bonuses up to 10% of base salary, tied to performance metrics

• 3–4 days of paid travel to Sarasota, FL for onboarding/orientation

Clinic Details:

• Brand new facility, just under 2,000 sq ft
• Primarily adult and geriatric patients (age range may expand with team growth)
• Maximum of 12 patients/day once full case load is reached
