    Physical Therapist – Clinic Director

    Opening Mid-March

    A newly secured outpatient physical therapy clinic in Eugene, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead the clinic from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with full operational support, strong ownership involvement, and the freedom to shape the clinic’s culture, care model, and community presence.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary based on experience, up to $105,000
    • Metric-based bonus structure in Year 1
      (Goals developed collaboratively with clinic ownership)
    • Unlimited continuing education reimbursement
    • PTO: 2+ weeks

    Position Details

    • Full-time, salaried position (40-hour work week)
    • Clinic opening mid-March
    • 100% outpatient setting
    • One-on-one patient care model
    • Full-time pay regardless of caseload during ramp-up
    • EMR: Prompt

    Leadership & Support

    • Highly engaged, hands-on clinic owner available 24/7
    • Owner handles scheduling, billing, and insurance verification initially
      (Customer Support Specialist to assume these duties within ~2 months)
    • Clinic owner has a strong marketing background
    • Collaborative partnership on advertising, marketing, and community outreach
    • Opportunity to help shape clinic operations, workflows, and growth strategy

    Patient Care Model

    • One-on-one treatment sessions
    • 60-minute evaluations and routine visits initially
      (with the option to transition routine visits to 40 minutes)
    • Patient age range based on PT preference and comfort level
    • Care offerings based on PT strengths and interests
    • Outpatient services may include: Orthopedics, Neurological rehab, Balance & vestibular therapy
