About the Opportunity

Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy, a trusted brand under the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), is opening a brand-new outpatient orthopedic clinic in Las Vegas, NV. We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinic Director to lead this new location with the potential for future equity partnership based on performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinically skilled and business-minded PT ready to step into leadership and build something meaningful from the ground up.

Minimum Requirements – Clinic Director / Partner Track

To be considered for this role, you must meet all of the following:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Nevada (required)

• At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or higher leadership role

  • Must have supervised at least 5 clinically licensed FTEs and 10 total FTEs

  • Must have managed a clinic averaging 100+ patient visits per day

• Prior leadership training or experience in frameworks such as:

  • Social Styles

  • Trust Equation

  • Change Management

  • Stakeholder Management

• Preferred: Experience with top of license practice and inverted productivity management

• Strongly Preferred: Experience managing 2+ clinics concurrently; 3+ clinics preferred

• Preferred: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining referral relationships with local providers

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical, operational, and administrative functions of the clinic

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff

• Deliver evidence-based care and maintain excellent patient outcomes

• Foster a positive clinic culture grounded in accountability and collaboration

• Drive growth through community engagement and referral relationship development

• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet operational goals and quality standards

• Contribute to the long-term strategic success of the Kelly Hawkins brand in Las Vegas
