Position Overview

As Clinic Director, you will serve as the primary clinical leader of the Timonium location. This role blends high-level patient care with leadership responsibility and strategic growth.

Core responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Driving clinic growth through referral development and community engagement

Mentoring and developing staff clinicians

Establishing operational consistency and accountability

Building specialty programs aligned with community demand

Owning clinic-level performance metrics

Ideal Candidate

Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland

3+ years of clinical experience preferred
