    Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Our clinic offers a strong support system for both clinicians and patients.

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This is a leadership role that combines direct patient care with operational responsibilities to ensure clinical excellence and effective clinic management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans

    • Deliver evidence-based care that maximizes patient outcomes

    • Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff

    • Manage clinic operations including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance

    • Maintain high standards of documentation and regulatory adherence

    • Cultivate relationships with referral sources and the local community

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    • Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required

    • Prior leadership or management experience preferred

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Advanced certifications or specialties preferred but not required
