Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Decatur clinic is an established outpatient orthopedic location known for providing hands-on, evidence-based rehabilitation to the local community. As part of Vista Physical Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), this clinic offers both clinicians and leaders a supportive environment with access to mentorship, residency programs, and structured growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff management

• Provide direct patient care including evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and interventions

• Mentor and develop clinical staff to support their growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and community partners

• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

• Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)

• Outpatient orthopedic experience required

• Leadership or management experience preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New leaders welcome — mentorship available
