    Vista Physical Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to step into a leadership role as Clinic Director at our new Sherman, TX location.     About the Role:

    As Clinic Director, you'll be responsible for both clinical care and the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll lead by example in delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care and mentor a team dedicated to helping the community move and feel better. You’ll also work closely with regional leaders to meet clinic goals, build local referral relationships, and help grow our presence in the Sherman area.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care

    • Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards

    • Mentor and support staff therapists, new grads, and clinical students

    • Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and the local medical community

    • Contribute to clinic marketing efforts and business development

    • Participate in staff hiring, training, and performance management

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

    • Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (or eligible to obtain)

    • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred

    • Prior leadership experience is a plus but not required

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Passion for mentoring and developing others
