Overview
Our client is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-focused care. In this role, you will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and deliver physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility and function.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to physician orders

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and therapy techniques

• Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team

• Manage daily caseload and prioritize patient needs

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state

• New graduates welcome (experience not required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
