Overview
We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-focused care. In this role, you'll evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy treatments following the physician's plan of care
Work with patients in their homes to improve movement and daily function
Teach patients and caregivers exercises and safe use of equipment
Manage your daily caseload and coordinate care with the healthcare team
Active Physical Therapist license
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 30 days of hire
