Qualifications: • • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in New Mexico • Recent graduates welcome : we’ll guide you every step of the way! • Experience in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and adjust therapies based on patient progress. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on home recovery strategies. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care. • Commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices. • Experience in providing mentorship and guidance to new graduates and interns is a plus. Compensation: $85,000
