Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Responsibilities: • • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care, ensuring seamless patient experiences. • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries. • Utilize advanced diagnostic skills to identify patient needs and tailor interventions accordingly. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and industry advancements. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative treatment protocols and strategies for patient care improvement. Qualifications: • • -Must have US Work authorization. • -Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) will be guiven preference, although it is not a requirement. • -Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). • -Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). • -Current and active PT license in WA state in good standing (or actively pursuing). • -At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a clinical setting. • -Strong and confiedent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000+ yearly
