Physical Therapist | Full time | NSY 26-27

EDU-AIDs is seeking for a full-time Physical Therapist for one of our school client locations in Nesconset, NY 11767.

Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ physical abilities, including assessments of physiology and anatomy knowledge relevant to pediatric care, as needed.

Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.

Collaborate closely with teachers and child study team.

Monitor progress through regular documentation.

Attendance at IEP meetings as needed.

Requirements:

Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in New York with experience in school-based settings.

Ability to work effectively within school settings.
