This role exists to help young children build the physical foundations they need to explore, learn, and thrive. As a Physical Therapist on an early childhood intervention team, you’ll deliver meaningful, relationship-centered care in children’s natural environments. Your work will directly support developmental progress while empowering families in everyday routines.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide early intervention physical therapy services to young children

• Deliver care in natural environments (homes, daycares, community settings)

• Partner closely with families using a relationship-centered approach

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary preschool clinical team

• Manage your schedule with autonomy while staying supported by clinical leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Active New York State Physical Therapy License

• Passion for pediatric physical therapy and early childhood development

• Ability to work independently in a mobile, on-the-road setting

• Caring, motivated approach to supporting children and families
