This role exists to help young children build the physical foundations they need to explore, learn, and thrive. As a Physical Therapist on an early childhood intervention team, you’ll deliver meaningful, relationship-centered care in children’s natural environments. Your work will directly support developmental progress while empowering families in everyday routines.

Your Day-to-Day
Provide early intervention physical therapy services to young children
Deliver care in natural environments (homes, daycares, community settings)
Partner closely with families using a relationship-centered approach
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary preschool clinical team
Manage your schedule with autonomy while staying supported by clinical leadership
What We’re Looking For
Active New York State Physical Therapy License
Passion for pediatric physical therapy and early childhood development
Ability to work independently in a mobile, on-the-road setting
Caring, motivated approach to supporting children and families
