Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Early Intervention team.
This role involves providing home-based physical therapy services to children ages 0–3 throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young children achieve developmental milestones and improve mobility while partnering with families in their natural environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings
Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child's developmental needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team
Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to promote motor development and functional mobility during daily routines
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork
Support the development of gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, posture, mobility, and functional movement
Qualifications:
Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Experience working with the pediatric population preferred
Early Intervention experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply
