    Who You Are:

    • A Washington State licensed Physical Therapist with a strong clinical foundation and a record of great outcomes.
    • Committed to growth and continuous learning —always looking to sharpen your skills and stay current.
    • Experienced or interested in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, or sports rehab , with a hands-on, evidence-based approach.
    • Excited to build your ideal caseload —we'll support your niche, whether it's athletes, chronic pain, balance, or beyond.
    • Passionate about connecting with patients, your team, and the local community.
    • Focused on creating a unique and engaging patient experience that goes beyond the basics.
    • A natural leader who leads by example and contributes to a positive, uplifting clinic culture.
    • A strong communicator who can build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
    • Tech-savvy and open to using innovative tools (including AI) to streamline your workflow and enhance patient engagement.
