About the Role:

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Abilene, TX is looking for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our full-time team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives through cutting-edge rehabilitation and balance therapy in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions including balance training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Participate in community outreach and wellness programs as a representative of FYZICAL

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Current Texas Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure

Experience in outpatient orthopedic or balance/vestibular rehabilitation preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff

Ability to manage a full patient caseload in a fast-paced clinic setting

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
