Job Description

Per diem Physical Therapist role with a consistent Friday schedule and opportunity to expand hours as the program grows.

Schedule

Fridays only: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8 hours with 30-minute lunch)

Paid training provided Monday–Thursday

Once trained, ongoing schedule is Fridays

Role Overview We are hiring a new or early-career Physical Therapist to join a sports and regenerative medicine practice. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on delivering shockwave and laser therapy, with structured training and clear growth potential.

Responsibilities

Administer shockwave and laser treatments

Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations

Follow and help standardize treatment protocols

Participate in team-based training with physicians and medical assistants

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license

New graduates welcome

Interest in sports medicine or regenerative care

Strong communication skills
