JOB SUMMARY:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and education to help patients achieve recovery goals.
• Track and document patients progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, other therapists, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. 
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current degree from accredited Physical Therapy Program or equivalent
• Current state licensure as Physical Therapist
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Experienced in sports rehab preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
