Our Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm

Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Full-time hours you can count on — no slow weeks, no cut schedules

A predictable week. A consistent patient load. And a Friday that wraps at noon — so you can get a head start on the weekend.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC)

Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions

Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement

Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management

Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion

Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation

Team & Culture

Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members for smooth clinic flow

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture

Supervise and mentor PTAs and student PTs to shape the next generation of clinicians

Attend 2 community events per year to connect ProMotion to the communities we serve

Build niche expertise in alignment with company direction and patient needs

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)

Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills

Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day

Performance Expectations

We set clear goals and support you in reaching them. Once onboarded, you'll work toward:

Quality care defined as Net Promoter Score (NPS) 90 or above

Accessible care defined as 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12-13 patients in a 9-hour day)

Accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
