Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist provides high-quality rehabilitation services by evaluating, planning, and implementing treatments tailored to patients’ needs. The PT collaborates with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure a safe and effective recovery plan for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and function.

• Review current diagnoses, prognoses, and therapy goals with patients and families.

• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques that optimize recovery outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.

• Provide education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and body mechanics.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license

• BLS certification preferred

• Knowledgeable in current treatment protocols and rehabilitation equipment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to patient needs and changing rehabilitation requirements
