Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and timelines.

Document clinical findings and progress summaries based on treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current Physical Therapy certification and valid license to practice in the state

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
