Position: Physical Therapist- Home Health Location: 8536 Palmetto Commerce Parkway Suite 201, Ladson, SC, 29456 Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible) Schedule Notes: Shift would be 8-5 M-F, no call. (This is a home healthcare role) Pay Rate: $65.85/hr Home Healthcare experience is required. Traveler would be assigned a territory and case manage patient in that area or surrounding depending on the needs to fill an 8hrs/day.

Mileage is reimbursed and is done at the IRS 2026 rate.

Licensing/Certification:

Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of S.C.

Must have a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card.

Education:

Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Work Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist - Home Health is required.
