Physical Therapist - Days - Contingent - Pay Per Visit - Home Health Care – Northern Oakland County

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Care Division, you will be required to conduct Therapy in our patients' homes.

• Bring healing to life by implementing personalized physical therapy treatment programs tailored to each client's unique needs—whether that's therapeutic heat, aquatic therapy, targeted exercises, or other evidence-based interventions
• Work your magic to help clients overcome pain and reclaim their physical independence, all while working under the supportive guidance of our therapy supervisor
• Create customized care plans that get clients excited about their recovery journey and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
• Partner with clients in their homes to deliver compassionate, results-driven therapy that actually works

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Accredited Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required to relieve pain and/or restore a physiological function.
• Requires current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Must be able to lift and position clients and perform treatment modalities.
• High level of interpersonal skill is required to effectively interface with clients and physicians.
• Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
