We're supporting a long-standing, therapist-focused home health organization in the St. Louis metro area that is expanding its clinical team.
$10,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)
$45–$55/hr hourly pay (no per-visit fluctuations)
Part-time, PRN, and 4-day/week options available
Home health experience NOT required — structured onboarding provided
Local caseload (you'll stay close to home)
Paid drive time + IRS-rate mileage reimbursement (0.725/mile)
5–6 visits/day — not 12–18 like outpatient

Provide 1:1 PT in patient homes
Build individualized treatment plans
Support mobility, strengthening, and functional independence
Coordinate care with nursing, OT, and other clinicians
Complete documentation during paid time
You start & end your day from home — no reporting to an office
Morning huddle is paid
Coverage is intentionally localized to minimize driving
Full-time, part-time, PRN are all hourly , same pay structure
PRN also receives mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
