Physical Therapist (Home Health)

- Pay: $45–$55/hr
- Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or 4-day week options
Manage a local caseload with steady hourly pay, paid charting time, and fewer daily visits.

What you'll do
- Deliver 1:1 PT care in patient homes
- Build clear, goal-based treatment plans
- Improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Coordinate with RN, OT, and care teams
- Complete notes during paid work hours
- Manage 5–6 visits daily
- Adjust care plans based on patient progress
Must-haves
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license
- DPT or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently in the field

- Home health experience
