Why Join Us?
At Lynch Physical Therapy, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional clinicians. We treat a full spectrum of orthopedic conditions, from post-op rehab to sports injuries—and uniquely specialize in TMD (temporomandibular disorders) and Orofacial Pain, an advanced area of practice where few PTs get hands-on training. Here, you’ll grow your skill set under the guidance of a Certified Cervical & Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT) while continuing to practice the fundamentals of physical therapy that brought you into this field in the first place.
If you’re looking to expand your clinical toolbox without giving up the variety and challenge of traditional orthopedic care, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Love
Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside highly skilled clinicians in a supportive, patient-first setting
Specialty Training: Get direct mentorship from a CCTT and become proficient in treating TMD and Orofacial Pain
Diverse Caseload: From sports injuries and joint replacements to jaw dysfunction and headaches—you won’t be bored
Patient-Centered Care: One-on-one sessions with time to think, connect, and treat effectively
Opportunities for Growth: Clinical development and mentorship that supports both generalist and specialist paths
Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions
Treat TMD and Orofacial Pain patients with guidance and training from a CCTT
