    About Kenny & Associates PT

Kenny & Associates Physical Therapy is an award-winning PT-owned outpatient clinic with 20 years of roots in the Triangle community. Our philosophy is simple: People, Not Protocols. PT as it Should Be. Every patient works one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy across our geriatric, orthopedic, and neurological specialties—no double-booking, no cookie-cutter treatment plans. We recently opened our second clinic in Durham, NC (January 2026) to complement our established Chapel Hill location, and we’re building a team that reflects the same values we’ve practiced for two decades: clinical excellence, genuine human connection, and a workplace designed around Do What You Love.

Whether you’re bringing years of clinical expertise or the fresh energy of a new DPT, Kenny & Associates PT is built for physical therapists who want to practice with purpose. No double-booking. No compromising care. Just one-on-one time with every patient, in a PT-owned outpatient clinic that’s trusted this model for 20 years.

We’re growing across Chapel Hill and Durham, and we’re looking for physical therapists at every stage of their career who share a common thread: clinical integrity, self-direction, and a genuine desire to get better at what they do. Experienced clinicians here have the autonomy to shape how we treat. Newer clinicians get structured mentorship and a caseload that builds with their confidence. Everyone gets a team that respects their time, values their voice, and operates around life balance—not burnout.

    What Your Days Look Like

    • Collaboration : Partner with fellow PTs and support staff on complex cases and engage community providers on interdisciplinary rehabilitation care plans
    • Continuous development : Engage in ongoing clinical learning through case reviews, continuing education, mentorship (as mentor or mentee), and specialty program development
    • Communication : Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and long-term self-management strategies
    • Charting : Complete timely, thorough documentation that supports patient outcomes, billing accuracy, and regulatory compliance

    • Comfort working across multiple outpatient rehabilitation specialties and the opportunity to develop deep expertise
    • Clear, honest communication with patients, colleagues, and leadership
    • A commitment to evidence-based practice and your own ongoing professional growth

    Even Better If You Have
