What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $75,000 to $100,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Full Time - Work Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:40PM
- Part Time - Work Monday through Friday 9:30AM to 2PM
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver one-on-one patient care across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations.
- Incorporate advanced therapy tools, including an overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, and Normatec Recovery.
- Document patient progress using Prompt EMR with AI-driven tools designed to simplify workflows.
- Educate patients and families to promote long-term independence and fall prevention.
- Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and support staff to ensure excellent patient experiences.
- Engage in community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred (but not required—new grads are encouraged to apply!)
- Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
